Payment Terms: Payment is strictly Net [7, 14 or 30] days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments: VS Wholesale Foods reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 5% per annum, calculated daily.

Retention of Title: Ownership of goods supplied by VS Wholesale Foods does not pass to the Customer until the invoice for those goods has been paid in full. Until such time, the Customer holds the goods as bailee for VS Wholesale Foods.

Claims: Any claims regarding short supply or damaged product (Smallgoods) must be made within 24 hours of delivery due to the perishable nature of the goods.

Default: The Customer agrees to pay all legal and collection costs incurred by VS Wholesale Foods in the recovery of any overdue debt.
